on-purpose Off-sites

For the ones rewriting the rules.

Custom offsites in Portugal for trailblazers who know that transforming industries starts with how we show up—fully alive, fully human.

You didn't build something different just to run it like everyone else.

You're not here for the 9-to-5 paradigm. You're here to shift it. Whether you're disrupting an industry, building a company that proves profit and purpose aren't opposites, or creating what everyone said was impossible—you know the old playbook is broken.

The "always-on" culture is unsustainable. The generic offsite formula—trust falls, awkward icebreakers, PowerPoints about core values—isn't going to cut it.

You're a trailblazer. You think outside the box because there is no box. You understand that people who bring their full selves to work—curiosity, creativity, vulnerability, aliveness—don't just perform better. They create what others thought was impossible.

"You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete."

— Buckminster Fuller

That's what you're doing.
And it requires a different kind of offsite.

Why this actually pays off

When your team operates from aliveness instead of depletion:

People stay. Not because of perks, but because they're building something that matters with people they enjoy.

Ideas flow. When nervous systems aren't in survival mode, creativity becomes the default state.

The impossible becomes your baseline. Teams that trust each other deeply navigate high-stakes decisions and uncertainty without fracturing.

You prove what's possible. You're not just growing a company—you're modeling the future of work.

WHAT I CREATE

Offsites for people who are building the future,
not replicating the past

You're not conventional. Why should your offsite be?

I design custom experiences in Portugal for teams who think differently. Planning sessions in quintas surrounded by cork forests. Surf lessons that become metaphors for navigating uncertainty. Meals with winemakers who chose craft over scale. Hikes through mystical landscapes that shift how you see impossible problems.

This isn't about templates or best practices borrowed from companies you're trying to not become. It's about creating the exact conditions your team needs to do the work that matters—while remembering why you chose this unconventional path.

What makes these offsites different

Designed for trailblazers, not the status quo
I don't start with a menu. I start with questions: Who is your team? What are you trying to create? What will genuinely shift how you work together? Then I design from there.

Access you can't Google
Four years in Portugal means I know what tourists miss and locals don't share easily. Places that match your values, not your budget for appearances.

Where strategy meets aliveness
Dedicated time for strategic work—planning, decisions, hard conversations. Plus elements that remind you what's possible when you're not running on empty. Breakthrough thinking requires breakthrough conditions.

One person handling everything
Venues, transport, meals, activities, timing, flow—I coordinate it all. You have one point of contact who gets both business reality and staying human while doing hard things. That's me.

How an offsite unfolds:

Focus. Expand. Connect.

Every offsite follows a rhythm—strategic focus, personal expansion, collective connection. Woven together, not separate phases.

Why this matters: You can't do your best strategic thinking when your nervous system is fried. You can't innovate boldly without deep team trust. You can't build something revolutionary from exhausted patterns.

Focus: The strategic work that matters

Breakthrough thinking needs space, silence, nourishment, and environments that signal "something different is possible here."

What's included:

  • Venues chosen for atmosphere that inspires different thinking

  • Structured time blocks for deep work without interruptions

  • Exceptional food from private chefs using local ingredients

  • Space for conversations you need: planning, decisions, vision alignment, difficult topics

  • Quiet spaces for solo thinking

  • Zero logistical noise

Optional: Professional facilitators for conflict resolution, strategic frameworks, or specialized workshops.

Expand: Personal practices that shift perspective

You can't shift paradigms from depletion. These experiences aren't breaks—they're what makes visionary work possible.

Breathwork regulates your nervous system. Surfing teaches riding uncertainty with presence. Working with your hands—painting, clay, music—unlocks creative thinking dormant in analytical work.

How that can look like:

  • Surf lessons on the Atlantic coast

  • Breathwork, meditation, or yoga overlooking the ocean

  • Solo painting or ceramics sessions

  • Music exploration or instrument playing

  • Emotional release practices in safe, held space

  • Skydiving for teams ready for intensity

  • Solo hikes or reflection time in nature

Connect: Shared experiences that bond

You can't shift industries alone. Trust isn't built in trust falls—it's built surfing together, watching for dolphins from a catamaran, creating art side by side, hearing a winemaker explain three generations of choosing craft over scale.

What you might share:

  • Catamaran trips where you might encounter dolphins

  • Beach volleyball and playful activities

  • Group painting, ceramics, or music workshops with local artists

  • Art-based team exercises that unlock creative problem-solving

  • Hiking Sintra's landscapes as a group

  • Time with local winemakers, artisans, food producers

  • Dinners at places chosen for their stories and craft

  • Exploring Lisbon beyond the tourist experience

The difference is in the design: Intentionally woven flow, timing, transitions. Strategic and alive. Focused and open. Productive in ways that surprise you.

why portugal?

Because you can't shift paradigms from inside the paradigm.

Distance creates perspective—not just physical, but contextual. Your brain knows something different is possible. Patterns interrupt. Assumptions loosen.

Portugal offers European infrastructure without corporate sterility. Natural beauty without resort artificiality. A culture that values craft, quality, and doing things well over fast.

Practically:

  • Accessible from most of Europe (2-4 hour flights, no jet lag)

  • Reliably good weather (300+ days of sunshine)

  • Exclusive experiences without venture-scale budgets

  • Diverse landscape: ocean, mountains, cities, countryside

What matters to you: Every offsite supports local Portuguese communities and businesses. You're shifting how business works—let's make sure spending reflects that.

I see you. Because I've been you.

About

Not the "burned out" version. The "choosing differently" version.

I moved to Portugal four years ago choosing toward something—sustainable pace, work that doesn't drain humanity, life built around what matters.

That choice taught me what I help teams create: space for work that matters without sacrificing aliveness.

Who I am: Jennifer—German-French, fluent in five languages, over a decade creating experiences that break the mold.

Certified Life & Business Coach (2015), Hypno Coach (2019), trained in Mindfulness (2020) and Neo Emotional Release techniques. I work with mission-driven companies on marketing and growth. I speak both languages: sustainable wellbeing and business reality.

I've organized hospitality experiences, community gatherings, and a documentary screening series in Lisbon. I hold space for transformation while managing the thousand invisible details.

My strength: Empathy paired with strategic thinking. I see what teams actually need, with operational rigor and cultural fluency to execute flawlessly. German precision meets Portuguese warmth.

Why I do this: Because people building the future deserve experiences that match their ambition. Because conventional bores me too. Because I've spent four years building the relationships and local knowledge that makes this possible.

You get me—one person who understands what you're doing and handles everything so you can do it.
