The work that matters doesn't happen in back-to-back meetings.
Four years ago, I made a major life transition that brought me to Portugal. I had spent over a decade in event management, creating experiences, holding space for communities. Moving here was about choosing a different pace and building a life that aligned with what I valued most.
That choice gave me the perspective I now bring to my work with teams: distance creates clarity. Stepping away isn't weakness—it's strategy. And the most meaningful transformations happen when you create the right conditions for them.
Two worlds, one approach
I'm Jennifer—German-French, fluent in five languages (English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese) and my background bridges worlds most people keep separate.
On one side: I'm a certified Life & Business Coach (2015), Hypno Coach (2019), and trained in Mindfulness (2020). I've built expertise in Neo Emotional Release techniques and worked extensively in personal development and business consulting focused on empowerment.
On the other: I run a marketing and growth agency serving mission-driven companies. I understand the pressure of revenue targets, difficult pivots, and teams stretched too thin.
This combination means I speak both languages fluently: the language of sustainable wellbeing AND the language of business reality.
Why Portugal? Why offsites?
Portugal offers something rare: the infrastructure and accessibility of Europe without the corporate sterility. The natural beauty and slower pace without the resort artificiality.
I've been here four years now, building relationships with local communities, businesses, and spaces. I know which venues create the right atmosphere for different kinds of work. I know the Portuguese producers who care about their craft. I know how to move groups through this landscape in a way that feels intentional, not touristy.
Every offsite I organise supports local Portuguese economies and communities. Impact doesn't stop at your company mission—it extends to how you show up everywhere.
My approach
Empathy with strategic thinking. I see what teams actually need—not just what they think they need. The unexpressed tensions. The patterns that aren't serving them.
Operational excellence with presence. The thousand invisible details get handled flawlessly, so you can actually be present with your team.
Cultural fluency. My German-French background gives me the precision and sophistication founders expect. My years in Portugal give me the warmth and groundedness teams need. My five languages mean I can work across contexts seamlessly.
Since moving here, I've organized hospitality experiences, community gatherings, and launched "The Story Exchange"—a monthly documentary screening series in Lisbon. I know how to hold space for transformation while managing complexity.
What I believe
Sustainable businesses need sustainable founders. Rest isn't indulgence, it's infrastructure. Conflict isn't failure, it's information. And the best strategic thinking happens when you have the space to think clearly.
