About
I bridge worlds most people keep separate
I’ve always lived between worlds: German-French by birth, fluent in the precision of one culture and the art of living of the other. That dual lens shaped everything—how I see, how I create, how I bridge what others keep separate.
Over a decade organising corporate events and consulting mission-driven brands, I developed another kind of fluency: understanding both business execution and human reality. The operational precision of getting every detail right and the empathy to read what people actually need.
Four years ago, I chose Portugal: the warm-hearted culture, the coastal lifestyle, the inspiring international community. A place that reflected what I valued.
That choice clarified what I now design for teams: the bridge between strategic excellence and staying human. Between business results and sustainable pace. Between the precision that makes things work and the empathy that makes them meaningful.
Distance creates clarity. Real transformation requires the right conditions.
And the most powerful work happens when you honor both: the business reality and the human reality.
Why Portugal? Why offsites?
Portugal offers something rare: the infrastructure and accessibility of Europe without the corporate sterility. The natural beauty and slower pace without the resort artificiality.
I've been here four years now, building relationships with local communities, businesses and spaces. I know which venues create the right atmosphere for different kinds of work. I know the Portuguese producers who care about their craft. I know how to move groups through this landscape in a way that feels intentional, not touristy.
Every offsite I organise supports local Portuguese economies and communities. Impact doesn't stop at your company mission, it extends to how you show up everywhere.
My approach
Empathy with strategic thinking.
I see what teams actually need, not just what they think they need. The unexpressed tensions. The patterns that aren't serving them.
Operational excellence with presence.
The thousand invisible details get handled flawlessly, so you can actually be present with your team. They have more impact on the experience than you think.
Cultural fluency.
My German-French background gives me the precision and sophistication founders expect. My years in Portugal give me the warmth and groundedness teams need. My five languages mean I can work across contexts seamlessly.
Since moving here, I've organized hospitality experiences, community gatherings, and launched a monthly documentary screening series in Lisbon. I know how to hold space for transformation while managing complexity.
What I believe
The future of work is hybrid, which makes intentional, strategic gatherings more important than ever. When your team is distributed, the moments you come together matter deeply.
I believe in taking teams out of the day-to-day. Not as luxury, but as necessity. The creative solutions we need in the world don't emerge from back-to-back Zoom calls. They come when you create dedicated time and space to step back, see clearly and think differently together.
Healthy teams aren't built in Slack threads. They're built in experiences, that create real connection, trust and the capacity to navigate complexity together.
This isn't about productivity hacks or optimisation. It's about designing the conditions where people can do their best work and stay human while doing it.
How I work
I'm your single point of contact for everything. One conversation. One relationship. One person who holds the whole picture.
I work in English, German, and French. Whatever language serves your team best.
I design around what you actually need. Not what fits a template. What will create the conditions for the shift your team needs right now.
